The I Am More Than What I See Journal was created especially for the U.G.L.Y. Girl Conference as a safe space for you to reflect, dream, create, ask questions, celebrate yourself and discover more of who you are beyond the mirror.
Inside, you’ll find activities, affirmations, reflection prompts and tools designed to help you build confidence, recognize your strengths, speak positively about yourself and carry what you learn at the conference into your everyday life.
Use these pages during the conference, but don’t stop there. Come back when you need encouragement. Write when you have something on your heart. Add new dreams. Create new affirmations. Celebrate your growth.
And whenever the mirror tries to tell you who you are, remember:
